TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
(TQM for Coast VW Ltd)
The following points must be fulfilled on a daily basis. These principles underpin our guarantee of quality to our customers.
· Timesheets recording ALL works to be completed accurately and on a daily basis
· All parts must be recorded on customers parts list (whether these parts are new, used or from stock)
· Photographic record of all works to be kept and downloaded on a daily basis. Images to be uploaded to dropbox in correct customer file.
· Work must be easily identifiable as finished and set-up to manufacturers recommendations using visible white dot
· The ‘Principal Technician’ for the works undertaken will sign off the job as completed and tested to satisfaction
· The job will then be checked and counter signed by the Workshop Manager
· All old parts and recorded evidence to be available for customer inspection should the customer request this
